Chantelle Paige
(born February 3, 1988) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and a member of the musical group Flipsyde.

Early life
Chantelle Paige was born in
Los Gatos, California which is part of
The Bay Area. She is of mixed heritage and religious background
[1] Chantelle was home schooled in grade school and attended
Valley Christian High School (San Jose, California), graduating with a 4.1 GPA.
[2] She was a JV
Cheerleader her freshman year and co-captain of the JV Girls
Tennis Team her sophomore year. Her classmates voted her Senior that is “Most Likely to be on the Cover of a Magazine”.
Early career
Chantelle grew up singing and dancing and performed competitively with the award winning “Dance Attack!” team in
Mountain View, California, under the direction of Sioux Lehner (
Nick Lazzarini, winner of
So You Think You Can Dance (Season 1), grew up on the same team. ) She won several convention scholarships and dance titles such as “Most Outstanding Jr. Dancer”, “The Face of an Angel”, and “Most likely to Become a Star”.

Chantelle was a model/actress represented by The Marla Dell Talent Agency in
San Francisco.
Since the age of 3, Chantelle Paige has been on the cover of over 35 magazine, catalog, and billboard covers. She’s also been in 16 commercials, her first was a back to school spot for
JC Penney (age 5). Chantelle was also the “box model” of many toy boxes such as
Barbie,
Polly Pocket,
Britney Spears Doll products and
Pound Puppies. When she was 8, a “Chantelle” doll and book series were made in her name and image for a popular upscale children’s catalog (Storybook Heirlooms) which she modeled for (for over ten years).
[4] A singing robot (this was her first recording experience) was also made in her image and placed in three Storybook Heirloom stores.
Chantelle began singing at the age of 5 at the suggestion of her first dance teacher, Alyson Meador . She subsequently performed in 18 different musical theatre performances and had many lead roles with The
Children's Musical Theater San Jose.
As a young teen, Chantelle had a flare for comedy and says that her two all time favorite roles were Lucy (
You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown
) and Princess Winifred (
Once Upon a Mattress
). In high school this 4.1 student got the role of Ariel in
Footloose
and her performance won her an “Outstanding
Bay Area Actress” award from The American Musical Theatre of San Jose (one of America’s oldest adult musical theatre companies).
She had previously performed in
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
with AMT as an 8th grader.
