is an American comedian known for his many TV appearances including VH1's I Love the '70s
, I Love the '80s
, and I Love the '90s
series. He has also worked on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno
as a field reporter for the 2007 BCS Championship Game between the Florida Gators and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He has also been credited in The Late Show with David Letterman
and Late Night with Conan O'Brien
. He has been on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno doing a skit on February 20, 2009 show.

Biography
Papa grew up in New Jersey and first realized he wanted to be a comedian when he heard Steve Martin's comedy album, Let's Get Small
. Comedy became an addiction for Tom. He perfected his act by performing in clubs throughout New York City.
After about four years, Papa got his first big break. He was given a half-hour special for Comedy Central and was hand-picked by well-known comedian Jerry Seinfeld as an opening act on his tour which is still touring today.
Papa lives in New York and Los Angeles with his wife and family.
